Your life your way

Your life your way, spending more time with the people that you love doing the things that you love. Anxiety has a way overtaking our time and our lives, making it difficult to fully enjoy the great things that we have own life. So it’s time to stop ignoring how you feel, time to stop thinking ‘it will all be alright if I just try this, or do that.’,

It’s time to stop getting stressed that you’re feeling stressed, because you think you should be able to cope with everything that’s going on in your life.

Because when that happens, things can so easily spiral out of control. You end up feeling constantly on edge, stressed, tense and start avoiding all the things you used to love. And if any of that sounds familiar then you’re in the right place!

I’ve helped hundreds of people like you manage negative emotions, build mental strength and create more happiness, resilience and ease in their life. To leave the guilt behind, stop hiding their struggles behind a mask and start moving forwards.

Welcome!

I understand, first hand some of the difficulties you are facing. So know that you’re not alone.  Success and achievement bring sacrifices and pressure. And being successful in life doesn’t shield you from problems. There can be a dark side. You can still struggle underneath with depression, anxiety, relationship problems, life tragedy, unhealthy coping mechanisms, difficult thoughts and worry.

But however you feel right now, let me tell you that there is a way to move forwards. And I would love to help you find your path.

I do that by working with individuals, with YOU. I don’t use one specific treatment, because everyone is different. So I work in a holistic way, which means that I use lots of different kinds of techniques and different therapies depending on exactly what you need.

I CAN’T WAIT TO HELP YOU EXPLORE  PRACTICAL TOOLS AND TECHNIQUES TO HELP YOU REGAIN CONTROL AND ABOVE ALL LIVE YOUR LIFE, YOUR WAY.

 LET’S CHAT

” Natasha just radiates calm. When I first came to see her I felt so safe, and as though someone really wanted to hear me and understand me.  I spent most of the first session crying, I’m afraid. On the second and third session I became more comfortable we were able to laugh together. By the sixth session I’d managed to change so many things that I had been struggling with proviously. If you have an opportunity to work with Natasha, take it! You can be in a totally different space mentally in just a few months”

GIVING BACK

The quote by Mahatma Gandhi “Be the change that you wish to see in the word” means a lot to me. That’s why you’ll see me donating money to causes close to my heart. I also understand the importance of standing on the front line with those most vulnerable. As someone who’s work in the psychological trauma field is recognised I volunteer with the International Red Cross. Every year I go on an “on call list” to be called to offer psychological first aid to any British citizen involved in an international disaster. In addition to this I am also called to help support families who’s relatives may be held political prisoners outside of the EU.

I offer subsidised support to those in need on request.

Lets get personal!

Just because I change lives everyday it doesn’t mean that my home life is glamorous.  As a mother of a three year old toddler I spend most of my time at the soft play centre.

I am however an avid lover of life and have a passion for vintage fashion. I spend mot of my mornings trying to tame my (think Dirty Dancing) curls and my evenings listening to vinyl records.

I live by the motto:

There is only one success; to be able to live your life in your own way.

I’m passionate about working with  clients, giving them a place to explore themselves, heal their difficulties, learn practical tools to help themselves and above all live their life their own way.

What people are saying about me

When I first came to see Natasha, I was very pessimistic about whether anyone could make a difference to my situation. I was at rock bottom. I wasn’t in control of myself and scared of what was happening to me. I want to say an enormous thank you to Natasha from the bottom of my heart. I can’t believe that one year on I would be feeling like I do. One of my problems was feeling anxious about leaving the safety of my home and last month I went to Tuscany with my family. This was something I never thought I would be able to do. Thank you for that. I have also taken to volunteer projects that involve people with learning disabilities and young people wo have found themselves becoming young offenders. I am loving giving something back. I have learnt so much about myself and generally feel happy with who I am now and without your help and support I don’t think I would have here. Please carry on doing such a good job. You are very much appreciated.

I came to see Natasha when I began struggling to manage anxious and panicky thoughts and feelings. Through our sessions, Natasha had helped me to work through noticing my thoughts and my reactions to these thoughts, helping me to not let anxiety rule my life. Natasha has been great and has really helped me work on myself and build up my confidence and self-acceptance, discovering more about the root of my anxiety, amongst other things. Natasha offers a friendly and comforting approach, and I cannot recommend her enough as a therapist.

Natasha has really helped me find practical ways to address the mental barriers that were holding me back. She was always very sincere and easy to talk to with a great ability to identify the key issue, even when I felt like I was waffling and not really sure what point I was trying to make! I found the simple exercises to take away a great help and they made me keep progressing between sessions and have enabled me to work through issues following our sessions. If it’s practical help and support, you are looking for then I can highly recommend CBT with Natasha.
